Corebar® uses a weighted bar that will re-shape your muscles with particular focus on your core, using signature moves with influences from traditional aerobics and resistance training, martial arts and Pilates. This class is the ultimate calorie burning workout that will leave you exhilarated and looking forward to the next one.
Barre is a high energy, low impact, fat burning workout using exercises and isometric movements commonly performed to tone and firm the buttocks, sculpt the thighs, flatten the abdominals and define the arms. This class works the finer muscles of the body that you didn't even know existed.
YogaFlow is a fitness-style (no OMing here) vinyasa-yoga class that combines traditional yoga poses with the flow of movement, balance, and intention to provide a core strengthening and flexibility workout. This class not only focuses on stretching and lengthening but also strengthening your body from the inside, out.
BodyFit is an entire body workout that mixes common barbell, step, and strap exercises with interval, cardio, and plyometric training. This full-body workout is designed to get your heart-rate up, strengthen all your major muscle groups and burn a ton of calories.
Pilates is a hybrid athletic workout which combines the mind/body practices of Yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement.
BootyBarre is a variation of our standard Barre class with a focus and emphasis on the gluteus maximus. Get a Brazilian butt lift with this high energy, low impact, fat burning workout. Sculpt the thighs, tone the calves and firm the buttocks and your legs will be lookin' spectacular!
Step is a traditional aerobics class using step platforms with particular emphasis on hips, thighs, abdominals, and buttocks. It is a high intensity aerobics class consisting of choreographed step patterns that will challenge your mind and body as you burn calories.
